Alaska

Ryker is now a seasoned traveler with trips to both the 49th and 50th states within two months! Earlier this month we spent a week in Alaska with my mom and Jon, enjoying a beautiful tour of Resurrection Bay outside of Seward and relaxing at home in Anchorage. Mom and Jon loved spending time with Ryker, while Jeremy and I caught up on some much needed sleep and even got to watch two movies in the theater (Transformers and Harry Potter)!!!

Once again, Ryker was terrific on the plane even though he had to share a seat with us. He got a little bored on the flight home, but compared to the nightmare we were anticipating, it was easy!

While we were gone, Ryker's daycare had a nasty bug shared by students, parents and teachers. We thought our timing was perfect, but they were nice enough to keep it going a few days so he caught it upon his return. Ryker even brought it home!
