We were a little unsure how long Ryker would want to stay at the reception. We fed him beforehand, knowing he probably wouldn't sit still long enough to eat during it, which was a good idea. We also weren't sure how his mood would be, if he'd get tired or if there would be too many people. Ryker had a blast! He didn't pay much attention to the guests or food, but was fascinated listening to the band. He played with a couple of little girls, but only when the band was taking a break! It was really entertaining.
